Titan Racing has announced their first dual-suspension alloy eMTB.Designed to tackle good old-fashioned all-terrain riding in a confidence-inspiring platform, the Volt comes with 140mm rear and 150mm front suspension travel out of the box, with progressive suspension design and geometry, perfect for today’s trails and riders.

With lessons learned from the Gen2 Cypher and Skyrim range, the Titan Racing Volt will feature other rider-first designs, including clearance for up to 2.6” tires, custom moulded chainstay protection, full internal cable routing and a Utility Mount under the top tube for additional storage.

Great emphasis was placed on motor and battery integration to deliver a sleek-looking eMTB that’s as good to look at as it is to shred your local trails.

Features:

  • Utility Mount Under the Top Tube for additional storage
  • four-bar, rocker-driven Horst linkage
  • Clearance for 2.6” tires (Brand and model dependent)
  • SRAM UDH Hanger Standard
  • Tubeless Ready Rims and Tires across the range
  • Progressive Trail Geometry
  • Internal cable routing
  • 630Wh removable battery
  • 100Nm, 350W Motor

“The Volt is built around a four-bar, rocker-driven Horst linkage that delivers 140mm of rear travel – a bike that you can really ride on a big variety of trails, with a similar character to the Skyrim, but taking into account the extra spice the motor adds to the experience.

“We tuned the suspension with a progressive leverage curve and a balanced anti-squat ratio, giving it a lively feel while remaining active and responsive on the trail. We wanted a bike that rewards riders who bring an energetic, dynamic style to their riding.

“Power comes from the Ananda M230 drive system, chosen for its potent power delivery yet natural character—providing smooth, seamless support with plenty of muscle when you need it.”

First Ride Impressions

“The Volt is a game changer! It’s incredibly stable and confidence-inspiring on the downhills, reminiscent of the Titan Racing Skyrim, and the e-bike motor makes climbing an absolute breeze.”

Gert Heyns

A first ride on the Volt E-Three reminded me why e-bikes are fun. Getting to the top quicker means more time and energy for the downhills, and climbs at speed becomes a technical challenge on a whole different level. I would need more time on the bike to comment fairly on the Ananda M230 drive system. But a first rally on the trails had a smile on my dial.

I know I say this every time I ride a bike from Titan Racing, but the spec for price point is very impressive. The bike feels very well balanced, and carries its weight well on the trail. Importantly, despite the motor it still rides like a bicycle, and fun one at that.
