Theft took place at the TUV Noord Heritage cycle tour prize giving. Bike was placed within 2 meters my father, i and pretty much everyone else i know. I still constantly checked the bike as i am paranoid about it. Brought it with me so i was not left in the car in a parking area. when everyone stood up and left it was gone. There was a suspicious charter walking around in a cycle Jersey with casual short and tekkies on. he was seen by numerous people but not recognised as a cyclist that took part in the event.
