[color=rgb(29,33,41)][font=Helvetica]It seems they had some inside knowledge to know of the bicycles and they knew what they were doing and came equipped - cut through one fence with a blowtorch, took hinges of a gate and forced the way open to the bike further. All happened during load shedding time, between 03:00 and 05:30 this morning[/font][/color]
