More about the bike:

Original model it's considered vintage now. Was hand made in America and sold to Neil Jowell of the Trencor Corporation, South Africa. This was when the Light Speed brothers were still together. The mountain bike was passed over to me when Neil passed away. The frame was built for cantilever brake system but wasn't used instead the front forks are air suspension. If I remember properly they are Fox suspension forks up front. Hard tail or no suspension in the back. The braking system are disc. It was stolen out of my car this past Thursday morning January 29, 2026 in Capetown S.A. Walmer Estate. I also have a video of the theft. I cannot find a picture of my bicycle but it is a vintage model and there are two bicycle shop here that I do business with, they know my bike well... PS I have guessed the date of it's creation. With what Neil told me and the post moulded into the frame for cantilever brakes. Let's me think that it's one of the Light Speed brothers first designs.
