Street looked like a safe area. 'Car gaurd' on duty could not not have seen the incident. He went by the name Jaffer. I have a photo of him. We had 4 dogs in the canopy that would have barked. Bikes were locked on. Lock was cut with a clean cut. Bikes were strapped down too. Wheels were clamped. Vice clips also screwed on tightly. These people knew what they were doing and how to get the bikes off without damaging them. We were not gone long.
