Stolen: Cannondale Scelpel 2016 Cannondale Scelpel 2016

Hi. My Green Cannondale Scelpel is a large frame. There is a specialize handlebar fitted with a Shram 11speed XX1 groupset no front derailer. Wheels are czerro carbon wheels. There is a spot on the frame opposite the water bottle cage on the frame where the frame has a scaff of about a centimeter long and 6mm wide where the water bottel was rubbing the paint away. I've taped it close with black tape. I was scammed. Yes they fooled me and I fell for it. (I want to cry 😢). Im based in Cape Town. I advertised it on Bike Hub and Facebook .
