Rusted chain tool with bomb in frame. Second Water bottle cage attached to bottom of dropper post

Camping 2am today while sleeping, thieves cut fence on the van gaalen trail next to camp site, cut the combination steel lock securing the bikes to the bull bar of the car. 3 bikes taken and one recovered at the river in the reeds. 2 total missing and a camp chair.
