Stolen: KTM Strada LC4000 2011

On Sunday 6 March , we were loading our vehicle for the Cape Town Cycle Tour , 4 bicycles were loaded onto the bike rack , my bicycle being the last as I was the first to start. (needless to say I didn't get to participate). We were finishing up at about 4:45 AM , fetching some last items from the unit to hit the road , when my father noticed that my bike was missing at about 4:50 am whilst checking that the bikes are fastened before driving. The theft happened from the parking area, for tenants , but the area is closed with doors and only accessible with remote or from the flats. The block of flats is called Sand and See and is located in Blouberg.  My racetec chip was attached to the bicycle at the time of the theft and is still one of the old yellow chips , there is also a board with my racing number on the handlebars.  The bicycles were stored in our flat until loading , and I'm still baffled on how whoever stole the bicycle from the bike rack gained entry to the parking area as it is impossible without a remote or keys  I made a case and would like any information which could lead to the retrieval of my bicycle and any information which I can pass on to the police with regard to prosecuting the guilty parties.
