Bike stolen from a small block of flats, from inside a locked garage, latches were cut.
Garage is off the street behind a gate with electric fencing, there are however a few spots where there is no electric fencing.
Thief stole old mtb shoes, Bell hemet and took the lights off another bike in the garage.
