My bike was connected to my Thule bike rack on the back of my car. I reversed my car into the driveway so the bike could not be seen from the road. I arrived at the premises at 8pm, ate supper immediately and then went to retrieve my bike to store in the garage at 08:30pm. It was then that I noticed the bike was missing. I contacted the police, Neighbourhood Watch and District watch to report the theft. The police arrived and I gave a statement.
