More about the incident:
The bike was stolen from our garage late on Friday afternoon. My wife was busy unloading shopping and kids from the car that was parked in the garage when the bike along with my helmet was taken.
A neighbour saw a young black boy with a helmet and a yellow cycle jacket on , on my bike 50 m away from our home. The boy was finding it difficult to reach the pedals.
