More about the incident:
The complainants bicycle was locked at the Veritas hostel with a green combination lock unto the flag pole on the 24th of August at around 21H30. The next morning at 06H00 the bicycle was gone, with only the combination lock left on the incident scene. The lock was cut with a boltcutter.
