More about the incident:
The complainants bicycle was locked at the Minjonet hostel on the campus with a combination lock on the 1st of August 2016 at 21h50. The next morning on the 2nd of August he discovered the bicycle was missing with only the combination lock left on the scene. It was cut with a boltcutter.
