this is a ban for not following the right process to obtain a TUE

First question - how do you know?

Second question - you seem to imply that she did get the TUE, but that the process was flawed, and if so, what was the flaw?

If her ban is until end of 2015 then what's the point? Sentence supposedly served and away she goes or am I missing something?

"While hydrochlorothiazide is not itself a performance-enhancing drug, it may be used to mask the use of performance-enhancing drugs, and is classed by the World Anti-Doping Agency as a "specified substance".

It seems to be used to lose weight? Because 11 months for 3 positive results back dated so that the sentence is already run is pathetic.

It's really just so sad,,what about your family and sponsors And friends.

Masking agent. Used normally for hypertension, cardiac failure, pulmonary oedema and other conditions that are highly unlikely to be diagnosed in a top athlete. I wonder whether an inept pharmacist isn't contaminating medication....
