Thankfully the weather held out and the riders managed to get a full day of riding on the third day of the Suzuki Nine Knights. Some big tricks were pulled out of the bag by Sam Pilgrim and Torquato Testa for the first Monster Showdown at Suzuki Nine Knights.

Sam Pilgrim’s front flip no-hander vs. Torquato Testa’s decade in the first #MonsterShowdown from the Suzuki Nine Knights 2015 in Livigno on Mottolino Fun Mountain. Which do you think is best?
Suzuki Nine Knights Day 3
The morning session saw many riders take to the trail sections of the Mottolino Fun Mountain bike park while Pete Henke soared above the Nine Knights line with a massive flip off the step down.

In the afternoon session, the riders were tasked with creating the intro sequence for the overall Nine Knights highlights video. I can’t reveal the details before the final highlights edit is released but as you can see from the picture it involves some fooling about.
The sunset session was full of good vibes as the riders pushed each other to go bigger and better on the hip. The clouds parted to give the photographers a brief window of perfect sunset rays. Blake Samson and Sam Reynolds seized the opportunity to show off their style with a selection of massive airs. Pete Henke continued his form from the morning session and performed some big spins and flips on his jump bike.

Crazy cool pics.
