Mavic Crossmax wheels get wider choices and Boost compatibility

By Press Office · 1 comment

With the same will to provide the best combination of performance and reliability, Mavic is introducing two new XC MTB wheel-tyre systems: Crossmax Pro and Crossmax Elite.

These completely new products will be available in 27.5” and 29” at shops beginning mid- April 2016. Both wheel-tyre systems integrate Boost compatibility for perfect fork-frame integration and a new introductory price point to access the renowned Crossmax ride qualities.

Both XC wheels feature a wide hookless rim (22mm internal / 25mm external), higher spoke count, reduced rolling resistance, XC specific Mavic Pulse tires and patented innovations (ISM4D rim machining, Fore drilling, UST tubeless compatible, Zicral alloy, fast engaging ITS- 4 rear hub) bringing them to the high level of responsiveness, efficiency and durability expected by demanding mountain bikers.
