How it works

The Fantasy Tour is all about picking your very own Tour de France dream team. You can choose any riders from any team to make up the ultimate virtual team.

  • Pick your squad of 12 riders: 8 active riders and 4 substitutes.
  • Team submissions close once the Tour begins: at 11h10 SAST on Saturday, 7 July 2018.
  • Substitutes: On the two rest days during the race you’ll have the opportunity to substitute riders. You can drop the non-performers or bring in some fresh legs.
  • Once substituted, riders can be used again, however points are only allocated while a rider is active…. if they’re on the bench you don’t score points.

Pools

This year we have included a new a feature, public and private pools. Now you can square up against your friends, families, and colleagues. Get started by creating your own pools here.

@Admin...just a have a look at the Final points for Quintana...he should have 20 points added for ending 10th?

He had 50 points and is still on 50  :whistling:  it will not help me at all...but have a look  did not have a look at any of the other's, but Quintana does stand out.

113 my highest finish ever I think.

I came first in my pool. There's no one in it but it's the thought that counts.

I still think there should be a lantern rouge prize.

Thanks again to all involved. Muchos fun.

Latour, Van Avermaet and Alaphilippe = 1163 points between them.

Compare that to the 46 points I got for Bernal (36), De Gendt (10) and Barguil (0). No wonder I finished where I did.

Well done to the winner and the other 142 that finished above me.

Thanks Admin for another year of frustrations and what ifs.

Happy with 60th.  Should have picked Martin, GVA instead of Bernal, De Gendt, Calmejane.

Think next year I will pick a frogless team and see how that goes.

Was my first Fantasy Tour and had to admit I had no clue what I was doing.  My sprinters in general was a stufup of note (except for Sagan).  So after the first week I was sweeping right at the back of the peleton.  But Chris F, Tom D, Gerraint T and Peter  Sagan served me well an I ended up with a 394th position.  Will next year pay better attention on rider performance before the tour.

Top 50! Happy with that. Could have been in with a shout if I picked GvA and Allaphillipe, but will try again next year. Great Tour!

From starting off slowly in the beginning, was around 560th place, I managed to claw me way back up to 178th. So not to bad for a first timer who didn't really know much about the riders, methinks it was a bit of beginners luck!!

85th for me. Missed GVA, Alaphilippe and Latour. Although Latour got seriously lucky when Bernal lost 16 minutes on that one stage in the first week.

Nevertheless, great fun and well done to everyone!

not required...just click on any rider's points. it's just the 21 stages, not the overall yet.

I only know this because Admin just called me to confirm my delivery details and he's been really busy double triple checking it all on the backend

edit: ok rider's final points now there, but not on our scores yet!
