Transkei Trek

The Tribal Lands are home to the unbelievable Transkei Trek. This 3-day mountain bike journey uses the Kob Inn as a base and has riders doing a clover leaf route over 3 Days.

The Wild Coast – with the coastline being the property of nature conservation – has to be one of the most beautiful, pristine coastlines in the world over 3 thrilling stages.

While the distances each day are “short”, it’s no walk in the park. We ride mainly on cattle paths and gravel roads. The climbs are steep and you might need to walk here or there. But that’s a small price to pay for going where few bikes have gone before.
