About the event
The 70km distance is the standard one-day race option of Grit TransXhariep. Riders complete a single 70km loop on gravel roads and district farm tracks through the Xhariep region.
The route includes rolling terrain, exposed sections, and typical Karoo conditions. It is suitable for riders with moderate fitness and gravel riding experience.
This option offers the full Grit race atmosphere in a shorter, more accessible format.
