Race Information:
Full Race - 5 Stages
+ E-Bike powerstage
Lite Race - 3 Stages
Stages:
Full Race:
- Plumber
- Red Phoenix
- DH
- Iron Monkey
- Armageddon
Take Note: These are not full runs, only certain segments. Please refer to route map below for details.
Power Stage:
- E-Bikes entering the FULL RACE will also have to do the power stage!
- This is a shortish technical climb that will test your slower speed skills.
- No power stage for E-Bike Lite.
Lite Race:
- Fire Hut
- Red Phoenix
- Armageddon

Registration:
You can register, collect your number board and tag at Jonkershoek Nature Reserve on:
- 15 March (Saturday): 7:00 - 9:00 am OR
- 16 March (Race day): 6:30 - 7:45 am
Race as a team!
This year we have added the option to ride as a team with your crew!
How does it work?
- Teams are entered in groups of 3, no more and no less.
- Teams will get a team time, but the riders will still get their individual times too.
- Teams can be set up when purchasing a ticket.

Race Day:
Race starts at 8:00.
Cut-off and End of Stage 3 is 12:00. No one will be allowed to go up to 4 after this time.
Prize giving at 15:00.
Riding Gear:
Compulsory:
- Helmet
- The "NO HELMET, NO RIDE" rule applies. Full faces are optional but recommended!
Recommended gear:
- Knee & elbow pads
- Long sleeves
- Gloves
Practice:
All A-lines and B-lines will be marked clearly for safety.
All Stages are open for practice.
All normal Jonkershoek Permit Rules apply for any pre-practicing.
Food and drinks:
Food (breakfast and lunch) and drinks will be available on race day.
Entry Fee:
- Full Race - R500
- Lite Race - R350
