Garmin HRM-Dual Heart Rate Monitor

Train indoors, outdoors or even online with the HRM-Dual heart rate monitor. In addition to ANT+ connectivity, this comfortable, soft strap heart rate monitor transmits real-time heart rate data over BLUETOOTH wireless technology that lets you connect with third-party training apps from phones or tablets such as Zwift, GPS watches, bike computers and even the compatible fitness equipment in your favourite class at the gym plus your Garmin GPS watch or bike computer. Train year-round, and get the accurate, real-time heart rate data you need to take your performance to the next level. You won’t even need to think about replacing the battery for up to 3.5 years.

Please note:
- The HRM-Dual Heart rate monitor is compatible with all Garmin devices that have ANT+ and/or Bluetooth Sensor compatibility

If you are having difficulty getting a Garmin Chest Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) strap to connect to your Garmin device, try the following tips:

Run the strap under water before putting it on

You must wet the electrodes on the back of the HRM strap with water or electrolyte gel. This will help establish an electrical connection between your body and the strap.

Make sure you are wearing the strap when attempting to pair it

The HRM strap must be worn while pairing. Make sure the logo on the front of the strap is right-side up, directly on the skin just beneath the breastbone.

Keep the strap close to the device you are pairing it with

Bring the HRM strap within 10 feet (3 meters) of the device you are pairing it with.

Try restarting the device

Rebooting the device can sometimes fix a pairing problem. If you are unsure of how to restart your device, refer to your owner's manual. For previously paired straps, try pairing the strap as a new sensor. Attempt to add the HRM strap as a new sensor to the device. This is done from the device's settings menu by selecting the option to search for all sensors. Refer to your owner's manual for specific instructions.
