Sway, is a premium, South African designed and locally made Birch Plywood Rocker system for you Indoor trainer. Designed to be upgradeable and available in a variation of possiblies.
It allows side to side rocking motion, for a more natural indoor cycling experience - as opposed to the standard fixed positions which limit your range of movement .
This activates your core, allows more hip motion, and allows for free movements when out of the saddle - a far step closer to the feeling of outdoor riding.
Some added benefits include knee joint pressure relief, as well as added saddle comfort.
Designed and tested with all indoor trainers, the rocker will fit all brands and will be supplied with the appropriate setup custom installed.
