Scott Scale 900 Comp (M)

This Scott scale 900 was a limited edition in red, supplied to Cycle Lab, similar to Scale 980.

This spec bike new, retails for R20k plus.

I upgraded it about a year ago to SRAM NX crank and components when I started riding it.

I use the bike as road/ gravel bike, as there to many potholes for road bike on Joburg…

- Frame: MEDIUM Scott, 6061 Aluminium. (Boost) All cables & brake line routed internally through frame.

There is exit near BB to route cable for a dropper post.

-Fork: Air fork 34 mm stanchions, Suntour Raidon X1, with remote lockout lever on handle bar.(Same spec as the Rockshox, but with thicker 34mm stanchions.)

- Handlebars: Syncross 760mm wide.

-Stem: Syncross XR1.5 (70mm)

- Comes with Syncross intergrated stem mount for Garmin GPS.

- Group set: upgraded to SRAM NX (12 speed.)

- Crankset: upgraded to SRAM NX DUB crank with new BB.

-Pedals: Flat pedals.

Keeping my quick release pedals.

- Chain ring: Upgraded to Raceworx 36 Oval chain ring and new Gold chain.

- Brakes: Shimano MT200 Hydraulic disc brakes.

- Wheels: Syncross rims with Syncross std quick release front hub and Shimano boost rear hub with quick release as supplied by Scott.

Tyres: Maxxis Ikon tyres with tubes, rims have tubeless rim tape and tubeless valves if you want to do tubeless set up.

- Serviced regularly and ready to hit the trails…
