Selling this 26” Schwinn Select Series Mesa GSD mountain bike on behalf of my niece, since she’s moved on to other sports.

This bike is a tough, no-nonsense ride that’s seen plenty of use but still has loads of life left in it. It’s solid, straight, and dependable. The aluminium frame is crack-free, and it’s just had a general service for added peace of mind. The brakes are sharp, the front suspension works perfectly (though could use a service), and the tyres still have loads of tread left on them despite their age.

There are some issues disclosed in the included maintenance report, so please read that carefully if you’re a serious buyer.

Overall, it’s perfect as a dad-and-kid project or for anyone who enjoys tinkering and turning a good bike into a great one, on a budget.
