2018 Cannondale Scalpel-Si Carbon 1 with a hairline crack on the rear pivot. It's repairable and would cost around R4k to be done professionally.
Everything as seen on the images are included and is in a great condition. I used the insurance payout towards purchasing a new frame.

It's a great opportunity to upgrade to a carbon bike or to a dual suspension from a hard tail for a fraction of the cost.
Wheels, drive train, handlebars and brakes is all that's needed to make the change.
