2 March 2014: Century City, Century Way

Registration will be on Century Way and opens at 13:00pm and will be closed to entrants 30 minutes prior to their category. Timing chips available at the Registration as per the League Timing chip - About2time at a cost of R50.00 should you not already have one.

The format for the 2nd March will be as follows:

Cat 4 - start at 14:15 race for 45 minutes and 1 lap / R50.00 entry fee

Inter Club CCC

Cat 3 – start at 15:15 race for 30 minutes and 1 lap / R50.00 entry fee

Youth (U12, U14, u16)

Cat 2 – start at 16:00 race for 45 minutes and 1 lap / R150.00 entry fee

Open, Vets, Masters and Ladies

Cat 1 – start at 17:00 race for 60 minutes and 1 lap / R150.00 entry fee

Elite Men

Prizes:

Category 4

Interclub Men – 1st, 2nd, 3rd (R1000, R500, R250) and CC Medals

Interclub Ladies – 1st, 2nd, 3rd (R1000, R500, R250) and CC Medals

Category 3

Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd – (R200, R150, R100) and Medals

Category 2

Vets – 1st,2nd, 3rd (R500, R250,R125) and Medals

Masters – 1st,2nd, 3rd (R500, R250,R125) and Medals

Open – 1st,2nd, 3rd (R500, R250,R125) and Medals

These events are CSA Sanctioned and will operate under the rules of the UCI.

Please note only participants with road bicycles will be able to enter. No mountain bikes.

This series will be followed by a series of long distance one-day races, forming a winter series with another group of criterium events in the spring of 2014.
