This week on MTB Talk SA our resident physiotherapist, Richard Feher and Brad Brown chat about lower back pain that is associated with mountain biking, what to look out for as well as, more importantly, what you can do to avoid it.
We also caught up with mountain biker Zandile Ndhlovu from team Bestmed ASG. Zandi, who hasn’t been riding for that long, has completed the ABSA Cape Epic as well as many of South Africa’s amazing multi day stage races. Zandi spoke candidly about her love for mountain biking and told us the very cool story about how she got into the sport.
