By Matt · 299 comments

Are you up for a challenge? Isuzu Trucks are giving away four team entries for the Isuzu Trucks PE Plett MTB Race, taking place 3 – 6 September 2015.

The Isuzu Trucks Endurance Challenge kicked off today (20 April 2015) and over the next four weeks you’ll be faced with a series of Strava-based challenges. If you complete them all you’ll go into the draw to win one of the four team entries plus R 5000 towards your travel.

Here’s how it works:

1) Sign up for the Challenge using your Strava account

2) All your rides logged on Strava between 20 April 2015 and 17 May 2015 will be imported, analysed and badges awarded when you reach the targets set out for each.

Are you up for the Challenge?

Here is a look at what lies ahead:

These badges apply to the full competition duration and any qualifying rides logged over that period count towards them.

2. What if I sign up late?

You can sign up at any point in the competition. Any existing rides on Strava which fall within the competition period will be imported regardless of when you sign up.

Coffee cook off is a no brainer... I will take that... :)

Seems if we work together we will have 2 possible entries... :)

Careful V, my coffee requirements are quite involved and include fresh cream, grounded beans etc.  Instant coffee will just not make the cut....but if you get the entry, then I will of course make my own coffee....

Guys, I think you would all agree that I should get one entry. From the site: "This competition is meant to see if you are tough enough. From 20 April – 17 May 2015 you have the opportunity to show us if you have what it takes"

I broke my finger on 24 April and still completed all 14 badges; see, I'm Isuzu tough. Why are you tough enough?? e.g. Did anyone do this in the snow while on fire? Wanna hear your story...

It's a FINGER.... you don't ride on your fingers....  FFS.... at least show us an x-ray - if it has external fixation then you might be tough enough.... :) might be - not guaranteed...

I'm wanting to go and spend four days with a woman who I don't know.  Doesn't get tougher than that.

We don't need to talk, just ride bikes, and you can sleep next to the tent....but if you are not up for it, V12man is a strong contender with his coffee knowledge...

Does that mean I am now dragged into the circus for the entry too..?

I better come up with something better than coffee and bike services...haha :P

You should surely offer 'nice' foot rubs, not 'mean' ones ;) (and yes I know what you meant, just saw an opportunity to twist some words ;))
