I was very skeptical, but once I got going and realised that it was very easy to remove and reinstall film, I relaxed and enjoyed the process. The film is forgiving of mistakes, and I removed and re-applied several key pieces when I wasn\u2019t happy with the finish. The real trick is lining up the film and using the squeegee to lock it into place without leaving air bubbles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My personal recommendation is to start with a spotless bike. Take it for the mother of all wash and lubes before you end up wasting time trying to clean it up on the fly. light marks, and to-date has kept it\u2019s finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An unexpected bonus is that it sheds moisture and dirt easily, making the bike easier to clean. That said: when the bike is dirty you will notice the seams of the wrap pieces more clearly- as dust seems to settle on those edges. When it is clean they are almost invisible and the film is barely noticeable at a glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Value &amp; Resale Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you will save the value of the wrap back in second hand resale value is debatable, and probably depends largely on variables such as, your type of riding, the value of your bike and marketplace demand. What I do enjoy about having my bike wrapped is the peace of mind it brings.
