Entries are now open for the mountain bike party of the year, the 3rd annual Pennypinchers Origin Of Trails, two day mountain bike (MTB) stage race. Returning to the picturesque Stellenbosch region and surrounds on Friday, 27 and Saturday, 28 November 2015, the Pennypinchers Origin Of Trails combines a vast network of world class trails with beauty and exclusivity.<\/p>\n

This much anticipated event gives riders the \u201conce a year\u201d opportunity to experience a spectacular combination of single-tracks that have been previously unknown and through the year inaccessible to the mountain biking community of Stellenbosch.<\/p>\n

Stage One: Friday, 27 November 2015 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Distance: +-65km or +-40km<\/p>\n

Start Time: 07:00 in seeded batch starts, starting with 65km race<\/p>\n

Start & Finish Venue: Stellenbosch<\/p>\n

Stage Two: Saturday, 28 November 2015 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Distance: +-65km or +-40km<\/p>\n

Start Time: 07:00 in seeded batch starts, starting with 65km race<\/p>\n

Start & Finish Venue: Stellenbosch<\/p>\n

Entry fees:<\/h2>\n

Option 1: Long (65km and 65km) – R1050.00<\/p>\n

Option 2: Medium (65km and 40km) – R950.00<\/p>\n

Option 3: Short (40km and 40km) – R850.00<\/p>\n

The organizer of the Pennypinchers Origin Of Trails aim to offer participants an unbelievable cycling experience, while raising funds to further trail building in Stellenbosch.<\/p>\n

Each morning riders will be able to stock up on much needed energy at the Bokomo Breakfast Zone, while a mouth-watering lunch table beckons riders once they\u2019ve crossed the finish line.<\/p>\n

In addition to a mountain bike experience like no other, riders will also receive a fantastic goody-bag, while stunning lucky draw prizes will be up for grabs.<\/p>\n

Live entertainment will set the mood at the finishing venue. Family and friends are invited to make a day of it and come enjoy the special vibe!<\/p>\n
