The Grabouw Country Club will be buzzing with excitement on Friday, 20 February 2015 when junior XTERRA Warriors eagerly prepare to follow in the footsteps of their sporting heroes by taking on the adrenaline pumping TOTALSPORTS XTERRA Kids presented by REHIDRAT\u00ae SPORT.<\/p>\n

With three age categories to choose from, 6 \u2013 8 years, 9 \u2013 11 years and 12 \u2013 14 years, the Totalsports XTERRA Kids Race is a source of much entertainment for both competitors and spectators alike!<\/p>\n

Friday, 20 February 2015: Totalsports XTERRA KIDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Venue: Grabouw Country Club<\/p>\n

Format: Swim, Bike and Run<\/p>\n

Start Time: 15:00<\/p>\n

Categories and distances:<\/p>\n

6-8 yrs: 50m Swim, 1,5km Cycle, 1km Run<\/p>\n

9-11yrs: 100m Swim, 5km Cycle, 2km Run<\/p>\n

12-14yrs: 200m Swim, 10km Cycle, 3km Run<\/p>\n

Saturday, 21 February 2015: PUMA Trail Run<\/strong><\/p>\n

Calling all trail runners: Forming part of the action of South Africa\u2019s largest off road triathlon, the PUMA Trail Run incorporates the XTERRA trail run routes and will take place on Saturday, 21 February 2015.<\/p>\n

Venue: Grabouw Country Club (Western Cape)<\/p>\n

Distances: 5km and 11km<\/p>\n

Start Time: 07:00 (both events)<\/p>\n

Saturday, 21 February 2015: Totalsports XTERRA Lite<\/strong><\/p>\n

Venue: Grabouw Country Club<\/p>\n

Format: 400m swim, 12km mountain bike and 5km trail run<\/p>\n

Sunday, 22 February 2015: Totalsports XTERRA Full<\/strong><\/p>\n
