Off-road triathletes taking on the action-packed TOTALSPORTS XTERRA Full presented by REHIDRAT\u00ae SPORT on Sunday, 22 February 2015 now have more reason to pull out all the stops as event organisers announce a whopping prize purse increase of R80 000, taking the overall prize purse to an impressive total of R249 000.<\/p>\n

Taking the form of the South African Championship, the TOTALSPORTS XTERRA Grabouw presented by REHIDRAT\u00ae SPORT forms part of the XTERRA World Tour. Athletes competing at this event stand the chance to qualify for the world championship final in Hawaii later this year. <\/p>\n

Venue: Eikenhof Dam, Grabouw Country Club (Western Cape)<\/p>\n

Entry Fee: Mile (1.6km) \/ R150.00<\/p>\n

500m \/ R50.00<\/p>\n

Start Time: 08:30 first wave starts<\/p>\n

All Totalsports XTERRA Grabouw entrants can enter the Sanlam Cape Mile at a discounted rate of: R80 for the mile and R50 for the 500m.<\/p>\n

Friday, 20 February 2015: Totalsports XTERRA KIDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Format: Swim, Bike and Run<\/p>\n

Categories and distances:<\/p>\n

6-8 yrs: 50m Swim, 1,5km Cycle, 1km Run<\/p>\n

9-11yrs: 100m Swim, 5km Cycle, 2km Run<\/p>\n

12-14yrs: 200m Swim, 10km Cycle, 3km Run<\/p>\n
