Stage 7 sees the riders move inland after a day on the coast. The 190.5 km route from Livarot to Foug\u00e8res will continue to suit the sprinters but, with a few bumps along the way, there is some hope for the breakaway riders. The Stage 7 prize, a Blackburn hamper, will go to the team boss with the least amount of points in the overall competition after Stage 7.<\/p>\n

In order to keep this selection fair we’ve limited this to only teams with a full complement of 9 riders + 4 teams and, importantly, only riders who actually started the tour.<\/p>\n
