The series of events includes a 1.5km or 3km long swim, duathlon (5km run\/20km cycle\/2.5km run), biathlon (5km run\/20km cycle) and triathlon (800m swim\/20km cycle\/5km run) where participants can compete individually or as part of a team. Younger kids can compete in the FitKids challenge (1km run, 200m swim, 1km run) or the Run for Fun (1km).<\/p>\n<p>Situated between the rugged Cederberg Mountains and the popular Clanwilliam Dam, the event is ideal for a scenic outdoor getaway where visitors can look forward to a great sporting and festive atmosphere in the heart of Rooibos country.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image\" href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.bikehub.co.za\/production\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ccs-62657-0-16390500-1440146922.jpg\" data-fileid=\"584383\" data-fileext=\"jpg\" rel=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-fileid=\"584383\" class=\"ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed\" alt=\"ccs-62657-0-16390500-1440146922.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.bikehub.co.za\/production\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ccs-62657-0-16390500-1440146922.jpg\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A percentage of the proceeds raised from entry fees will be donated to CANSA.
