This year has seen 26 new National Records (in 13 Men and 13 Women\u2019s events).<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image\" href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.bikehub.co.za\/production\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ccs-62657-0-27886100-1448012166.jpg\" data-fileid=\"634565\" data-fileext=\"jpg\" rel=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-fileid=\"634565\" class=\"ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed\" alt=\"ccs-62657-0-27886100-1448012166.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.bikehub.co.za\/production\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ccs-62657-0-27886100-1448012166.jpg\" title=\"\"><\/a><span class=\"italic text-sm text-slate-500 block mt-1 mb-4\">Cycling South Africa&#8217;s Track cycling community has seen 26 new National Records (13 Men&#8217;s, 13 Women&#8217;s) over the 2015 Season. Photo: Craig Dutton \/ pics2go.co.za<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cycling South Africa\u2019s Women\u2019s Track Cycling Programme Coordinator, Annerine Wenhold, said: \u201cIt is wonderful to see that we are progressively improving on our performances across the board. And in what, in some master age categories, are already world-class times.  From my side, I\u2019d like to congratulate all the riders \u2013 this is a product of talent, hard work and dedication.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A definite highlight is the world record set by expatriate Adelia Reyneke in the 35-39 age category in the hour event.<\/p>\n<p>The men and women of Track Cycling in South Africa have demonstrated remarkable skill and determination on the track this year, with an array of new National Records to show for it as well.
