I am so thrilled,\u201d he said. \u201cI would\u2019ve loved any medal today but Gold is just phenomenal,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Burns described the fierce competition that van Dyk had faced out on the road today. \u201cThe guys he was up against were the best in the world.
