How it works<\/h2>\n

The USN Epic Challenge<\/a> is based on four individual challenges over an eight week period (12 October – 6 December 2016). Each challenge spans a two week period and will require you to achieve targets based on your Strava cycling activities.<\/p>\n

Successfully complete all four challenges and you will be eligible to win one of the two Absa Cape Epic entries available.<\/p>\n

Just for participating you’ll also stand a chance of winning one of five USN online shopping vouchers valued at R1500 each.<\/p>\n

How do I enter?<\/h2>\n

    The Challenges<\/h2>\n

    Challenge 1: Laying the foundations<\/strong>
    Ride at least 500km in two weeks.
    Dates: Wednesday, 12-Oct-2016 00:00:00 SAST – Tuesday, 25-Oct-2016 23:59:59 SAST<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Challenge 2: One big ride<\/strong>
    Go on at least one big ride spending at least 5 hours in the saddle (moving time) and covering at least 70km.
    Dates: Wednesday, 26-Oct-2016 00:00:00 SAST – Tuesday, 08-Nov-2016 23:59:59 SAST<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Challenge 3: Take on the big climbs<\/strong>
    Climb at least 2500m in a single ride of at least 70km.
    Dates: Wednesday, 09-Nov-2016 00:00:00 SAST – Tuesday, 22-Nov-2016 23:59:59 SAST<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Challenge 4: Ride, ride, ride<\/strong>
    Complete at least 3 rides (on consecutive days) with a total moving time of 12 hours or more.
