Athletes can bring friends and family. It’s important to bring cycling gear, running gear, some snacks and energy fuel, a change of clean clothes and a swimming costume for the dip after training. Look forward to an ice cold BOS Sport at the finish, nothing beats it.”

EVENT INFORMATION: XTERRA Training Day with ‘The Caveman’
Date: Saturday, 18 February 2017
Venue: Grabouw Country Club
Entry Fee: Free to all 2017 Fedhealth XTERRA Grabouw Entrants
Time:
08:00 – MTB Skills
10:00 – Trail Running Tips
12:00 – Swimming Technique
Confirm your attendance: entries @stillwatersports.com

Tips from ‘The Caveman’:

• Fancy, expensive equipment is not needed to enjoy XTERRA.
