Trek, a global leader in the design and manufacture of bicycles, has always had designs on manufacturing memorable masterpieces on two wheels; creating bikes that stand the test of time, and bring out the best in cyclists. Trek also understands that each Trek bike should fulfil individuals\u2019 unique requirements in the \u2018looks\u2019 department. For this reason, Trek is pleased to unveil three new paint schemes, available in the Project One bike customisation programme.<\/p>\n

Chasin\u2019 Aces<\/h2>\n

Inspired by Trek-Segafredo Classics specialist John Degenkolb\u2019s beloved caf\u00e9 racer motorbike, the Chasin\u2019 Aces scheme features a Black Moss base colour, with subtle pin-striping outlining the frame. Red fades inside the fork and chain stays pair with hints of silver to complete this limited-edition design.<\/p>\n

The bike is similar to the Caf\u00e9 Racer previously offered by Domane, but with updated design details that complement Madone\u2019s unique look. Multiple spec options ensure that cyclists will be able to customise their bikes to their hearts\u2019 delight!<\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, my new Madone is one of the most beautiful bikes I have ever ridden. I like this perfect combination between a great colour and all the nice details that give me a lot of motivation to keep chasing the aces and adding more of those to my results. I have got already two of them and I want to collect some more,\u201d Degenkolb told us.<\/p>\n

Full Fade<\/h2>\n

The Full Fade scheme blends two complementary colours into one magnificent design. The scheme leads with a bold, inviting colour that cleanly fades into a dark, rich shade. Depending on colour choice, the scheme lets riders go big and loud, or dark and stealthy. There\u2019s something for everyone in the Full Fade scheme, with 13 different pre-determined Full Fade colour options from which to choose.<\/p>\n

The Full Fade paint scheme is available on all Road, Mountain, and Triathlon models available in Project One.<\/p>\n

Breakaway<\/h2>\n

Inspired by the bike Alberto Contador rode at last year\u2019s Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a, the Breakaway scheme features two primary colours that sharply split the frame in half with unique lines and shapes that strike through the Trek logo on the downtube. Customers can choose from an array of colour options with which to stand out from the crowd. All solid colours will be offered in the Breakaway design, except for Onyx Carbon.<\/p>\n

The Breakaway paint scheme is available on the following \u00c9monda models: \u00c9monda SLR 9, \u00c9monda SLR 8, \u00c9monda SLR 6, \u00c9monda SLR 8 Disc, and \u00c9monda SLR 6 Disc.<\/p>\n

All three schemes are available immediately to consumers via the Project One customisation programme. Riders can build their own at projectone.trekbikes.com<\/a> and order through their local Trek retailer. Trek goes the distance, and offers a lifetime frame warranty on all bikes including those ordered via Project One. Carbon parts are covered by the unique Carbon Care Programme, should non-warrantied damage occur.<\/p>\n
