Your local Project One dealer will do a comprehensive bike fit with you before you order your bike. This will allow you to change stem length, handlebar width, crank arm length seat post length, cassette size and any other part in order for your Project One bike to be perfect. Even the saddle gets matched to your sit-bones and the colour of the bar tape and cables can be customized to your liking! All of this can be done at no extra cost to you as long as the replacement parts are part of the same tier model.<\/p>\n Another advantage of the Project One programme is the ability to order any Trek bicycle that is part of the programme, regardless of whether it is imported by Trek South Africa as part of their standard offering.<\/p>\n Fancy a dropper seat post or carbon wheels? No problem. If you’d like to upgrade a specific part or entire groupset; you’ll only be charged the difference in cost between the original and your custom spec, with every cent of the additional charge or deduction in costs clearly showed along the way.
