To ensure all current customers in the South African market will enjoy their Canyon bikes in the long-term, all future warranty or service request will be managed by Canyon\u2019s Global Service Center in Germany. \n\tWhile Canyon will discontinue direct sales in South Africa, the Canyon brand presence will be represented by mountain biking pro Erik Kleinhans, who competed on Canyon since 2016. Erik has since become not only a partner but a close friend to the Canyon brand.
