There are three beautiful race villages carefully selected and based on an out and back format. This eases the logistics for riders but also allows them to see vastly different routes daily. Riders find their own accommodation and as the event takes place at the tail end of Winter there are many great deals for rider accommodation. At the end of the day – the routes form a very large part of the rider experience and in 2022 the event will cover a new 16km section of single track that has been created by the MTO Trails team and partners on stage three of the event.

The partnership with Food Lover’s Market will add another dimension to the rider experience at the race villages and the waterpoints in 2022.
