Currently looking for a decent pair of Road cycling shoes size 43.

I unfortunately had an bad accident a while ago and broke my Collar bone and never got back on the bike. I really want to get back and tried recently but my shoes unfortunately didn't fit me anymore.
Would be much appreciated if you could help me out. My budget is about R1500.00.
