Hook Thingy Number 4
I called this one "Notre Dame" because I made it when the fire happened. The old roof structure there was called the Forest because of the intersecting beams and supports.
It's saligna, an enormously strong wood. The finish is a greyish Rubio Monocoat, to give a slightly dusty and aged effect. Two brass screws will mount it to the wall with rawlplugs.
It was, quite frankly, a bitch to find all the right angles. Definitely a once-off. Like the other hook thingies, it needs to be collected in Bellville South before the end of September, otherwise (to be melodramatic) it goes on the mitre saw to be chopped into little pieces and taken to Bellville dump.
